Our approach is directed at affordable and efficient management of your condition. Under the direction of our Clinical Director and Nurse Case Manager, you will be guided through one of our specialized clinical programs.

Your recovery and wellness are our first priorities. Our clinicians will facilitate you to be an active participant in your care. With the guidance of our clinical providers, you are front and centre in your treatment program. You will be discharged from care once you have achieved your treatment goals or maximal therapeutic benefit.

We will ensure flawless co-management with your family physician. Your physician will receive a report of findings and progress reports throughout the course of your care.
