SPINEgroup is a multifaceted health organization.

Our health clinics specialize in the non-surgical management of musculo-skeletal disorders, pain and disability. We also provide independent assessment services and clinical programs to the auto insurance industry, Ontario’s Workers Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) and employers as well
as medico-legal litigation support. We take pride in our interdisciplinary, evidence-based health services which are uniquely modelled on well investigated methods to enhance patient compliance, recovery and clinical outcomes.

Our consulting division offers health services research and policy consulting and health management services for public and private organizations.

Clinical Care

At Spinegroup, our mandate is “clinical excellence”. We rely on evidence-based diagnostics and develop clinical programs based on research and best practices. We welcome patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems but take a particular interest in complex spine conditions – from herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, pelvic pain and whiplash injuries to head pain and vertigo. In addition, we treat a variety of extremity and nerve compression injuries.

For complex cases, we offer Specialized Programs to meet your unique needs. More specifically, we offer a Spine Care Program, Senior Spine Care Program, Chronic Pain Management Program, Sensory Motor Rehabilitation, Return to Work Program (for occupational injuries) and Senior Restoration Program. Our treatment plans are unique, emphasizing state-of-the-art technology, prevention, health promotion and patient-centered care.

Research

Spinegroup conducts clinical research designed to investigate methods of early detection, diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders and disability. Our research team also provides health services research support and knowledge transfer to government agencies and health organizations.

Consulting and Health Management

Part of the mission of Spinegroup is to enhance the quality of healthcare in Canada and abroad. Our experts consult on government health policy, plan and evaluate clinical programs.  We design innovative programs and manage the delivery of health services for private and public healthcare institutions, particularly the Senior Living and Long Term Care community.
